Merry Christmas!!!!!

This will be another short one as I need to get off-line soon as there are still a few things to take care of before heading over to the parental units' for our traditional Christmas holiday.... routines I never tire of. If I ever have a family of my own (NO that's not a hint - it's really doubtful right now!) I would want to continue the same rituals. It all goes so fast, though. My only complaint! Christmas needs to be like 5 days long. I think the Jews are on to something with Hannukkah lasting 8 days.

I am posting this now for ALL TO SEE and for ALL TO HELP me enforce.... I AM GOING ON A DIET JANUARY 1ST. Okay, maybe 2nd. Whatever. Don't know what I'm doing that day yet. I dared to step on the scale today and was appalled at what it told me. My goal is to drop 20 pounds in 2005. That's a very achievable goal, if I only put my mind to it. I have to ignore all the yummy crap at work. I have to work out again. With one ally at work I have help there - granted, she probably won't last a week on a diet, but we can push each other... so if you guys talk to me next year tell me to put down the food. Ha!

But until then I'm going to enjoy all the goodies like there's no tomorrow. Good thing New Year's comes right after Christmas!
