Today is the end of an era... well, a rather short-lived era. Last October I had admired the strength of a plastic fork at M's baby shower. Not only was it strong, it was a lovely lilac color. I declared it my Work Fork.
And today it finally broke. *sigh* It did last a little over 6 months. I managed to hold back the tears when I chucked it in the trash.
Okay, I guess I'm being a wee bit overdramatic here. It's a friggin' fork. People thought I was nuts for keeping it. Ah, they think I'm nuts anyway.
And I'm so much more "normal" now than I used to be.
