I want to write, but don't have anything utterly fascinating to relate. Hmmm. (dare you read further?)

- Star Wars withdrawal WOULD be setting in, except I beat my bro's PS2 Sith game last night (go me!!!) - on easy mode. So, yup, time to do it in regular mode. I also kicked his ass in a duel for the first time EVAR (okay, so it's only cuz he was old Ben and I was young Obi-Wan.... yeah, those 2 can fight in this game) - sorry, Stad, but that's brag-worthy!

I'm going out of town this weekend (Sat. morning - Mon. night), and I had planned on going to see Sith again Friday night, but now I don't think I'll be able to. Dagnabit! Darn my oh-so-active social life. It's been 9 days since I saw it.... I don't know if I can wait another whole week-plus, I might, like, DIE, or something. Yeah.

- I'm kinda excited about an art project I'm doing for an old friend. More to follow on that later. If you've seen my icons and you're like "Art? HER???" - just know that while my icons are crap, they do not define my skillz. And by the way, if you ever see an icon of mine that's cool, rest assured, I probably didn't make it! Now that I know how to properly credit the peeps that make them, I am using lotsa different ones. (using different ones in my replies to comments, on here and other journals; my default doesn't change all that often)

- A. went home yesterday, which means I can now wake up to the Sith soundtrack again, only I kept snoozing the alarm off just before it played. I'm not really sure why. I had to get up uber-early today and knew I wouldn't be able to listen to the whole thing. But still.

- Went to my favorite restaurant (Claim Jumper) last night, with A.'s friends, but without A. Ha! They're my friends too, I s'pose, though I usually only see them through him. I live walking distance to this CJ so they called and said they'd be there in 20 minutes if I want to join them. Hell yeah - plus it was FREE, that rocked!

So how's my diet going, you ask? Don't ask. I haven't weighed myself in days, I'm afraid. I'm back on track today though and have no excuse not to stay on track.... until this weekend, when I won't be in control of my meals, and thus, will be at least marginally bad. That's just the way it is. I'm fighting the urge to say, f*** it, I'll start over AFTER the weekend.... cuz I keep doing that and then never lose any weight and have to keep starting over forever and ever amen. Sheesh.

LOL I haven't watched the whole thing since... whenever I took off last time? Was that in March? Oh for shame! But I think I've seen bits of it on cable here and there since then.

I'm craving McDonald's today, I was SO GOOD and didn't go this morning... must NOT give in this afternoon... can eat a sandwich when I get home! Much cheaper and healthier!

I've been eating lots of junk the last two days while on vacation, but that is what vacation is about. Today, at the aquarium, mom and I decided that having ice cream was perfectly acceptable as lunch!!

Ice cream is always good as lunch, whether you're on vacation or not! (but if you're dieting, you'd then need to skip dinner. LOL do you see why I never end up keeping weight off?)
