"You're a funny little boy"

drusilla_malfoy cuz she's cool:
idiosyncrasy
1. A structural or behavioral characteristic peculiar to an individual or group.
2. A physiological or temperamental peculiarity.
3. An unusual individual reaction to food or a drug.
List five of your own idiosyncrasies and then tag five friends to do the same.
Only 5? Hee hee. Mine all fall under #2. First the physiological:
1) My uvula (that little thingie that hangs down in the back of your throat) is attached to the side of my throat. I don't know how common this is but whenever it somehow comes up in conversation, people are surprised - and grossed out when they look at it :) I think this makes it more difficult for me to swallow than most, but I don't really know, I don't know what it feels like when others swallow!
2) My left wrist is deformed, though unlike the above, I wasn't born this way. Ten years ago a dipshit accidentally broke it pretty bad, needed surgery and physical therapy but it never healed properly. I can't turn it over (palm up), which is annoying when going through a drive-through but other than that it's not bad. My wrist can sometimes predict storms too, though not consistently enough for me to rely on it for weather forecasts or anything :)
And the temperamental:
3) Well, I've mentioned this before, but I'll say it again cuz it IS kinda odd. I'm listening to my CD's in order while in my car. I started in November and I'm on "T" now (I list the CD name as my music on these posts). I have this weird thing about alphabetizing stuff.
4) I always have to get Mobil gas. It's not even because I believe their gas is so much better quality than the others or anything... and they're NOT cheaper, usually.... I just have to go there. I think that if I go somewhere else, I might not be able to figure out how the pump works, or something. I know, I'm an idiot, but that's what goes through my brain! On an out-of-town trip I might be forced to get something other than Mobil, and it always distresses me.
5) I think that everything has feelings, including inanimate objects. Logically I know this isn't true, but I feel it anyway. This makes throwing stuff away difficult. Even ordinary trash, at times. ESPECIALLY food. Even if something is going bad I am tempted to eat it rather than throw it away - sometimes I just eat around the nasty moldy part. - Don't look at me like that, when was the last time I ever got sick??? *knock on wood*
Now I must tag 5 others. Tag you're it:
tzeitalmalfoy
nelliedrum
sleuthgirl27
kevthejedi
rootytheroot
If I didn't tag you and you wanna do it, just pretend I tagged you :) I try not to do the same people all the time....

Date: 2008-08-23 02:55 am (UTC)My allergies act up sometimes, but I don't count that. I don't get full-fledged colds or the flu very often. *knock on wood* I did have bronchitis like 10 years ago. But since then it's just been pretty wussy stuff!
