Aggressive Negotiations

Yay, I found someone to go to the Rennaissance Festival with me (to bother sweet_panda and do the obligatory mutual voicepost!)... but she's a bargainer. She said she'd go with me if I agreed to go with her to Country Thunder, cuz her hubby won't go. It's this big deal 3-day country music concert (but we'd only go to one of the days) way out of town somewhere. I agreed, but she's getting the better deal cuz she's actually a fan of both things. I used to like country music, but haven't listened to much of it in recent years... she said she's going to lend me some CDs to get me into it beforehand.

Aaaaaand mango passionfruit margaritas are really, really yummy.

Heh. One would think! I've never had a passionfruit but I love passionfruit-flavored stuff. I remember the first time I tasted it - it was also when I tasted my first Italian soda. Yum.

Yeah, I think she's getting the better deal. To me, it's all about the people watching. I'd rather people watch at the Renaissance Festival. Besides, where else can you drink in public while wearing breast-lifting corset?

Country music is okay. There are a few songs I really like. But I'll never prefer it to my indie stuff!
