Dear Management,

Why must you fire people who are customers of mine? Not only that, but why must you fire them the day BEFORE I'm supposed to deliver their stuff? Do you not realize that this creates a hardship on me because then I have to actually go to their house, which could be far away - but even if it's not it still takes away from precious computer time? (To be fair, sometimes when this happens they come in to pick it up - but most people don't really want to set foot in the dragon's lair so soon after getting canned)

I wonder what this lady did. She's been here for over two years. And she's a supervisor. Hmmmm.

What else can I gripe about... my stupid newspaper called Hayden "worst supporting actor" - um, hello?!? Did you see him in RotS? He did great! It's EFFIN' STAR WARS, people. He's not going to have witty dialogue to work with.

And I'm tired of people calling to whine about their taxes and/or W-2s. I think I just won't answer my phone until April 16th (day after the tax-filing deadline in the U.S.). People are supposed to call their supervisors, not me. And people in the other offices should not be passing out my direct line casually. Most of them are good about this, but it only takes a few who are not...
