This week's thefridayfive is "Honey, I'm Home:"

1. How many places have you lived in your life? I can see this week's edition is not going to give you guys much juicy stuff to read, as I've led quite the boring life. Two states in the U.S., Arizona and New Jersey - but I've lived in Arizona since I was 4 so I'm considered a native by most. I lived in 2 different places in New Jersey (don't remember the apartment cuz I was a baby), and I've lived in 3 apartments and 2 houses here in AZ.

2. Which was your favorite and why and what street was it on? I'll go with my parents' house on Bonnie Rose Avenue, where I lived from age 4 to age 21. I grew up there. It's Home.

3. If you could live anywhere for the rest of your life, where would it be? Right where I am. I love my house, and I love Phoenix. Aren't I lucky?

4. What would your ideal home have in it? A hot tub would be nice. A big-screen TV. A fireplace. Room for 25 more cats! (just kidding... sorta)

5. Can you describe your current crib? It's a 2 bedroom, 1.75 bath townhouse with a one-car garage and an "Arizona room" (screened in porch, for the kitties to go outside but not REALLY be outside). I live there with 5 cats and a bunch of baseball and Star Wars paraphernalia. The other house I share a wall with belongs to my bro, which is wonderfully convenient.

And now - OMG!!!!!!!! I'm living with Satan's Spawn this weekend! Well, that's what her Daddy calls her. She's this adorable wii!kitty named Kasha - she's only 8 weeks old, all black, very playful and innocent and I just want to squeeze her to death she's so cute!!! I'm kitten-sitting for the guy I talked about last week (the one I talked into taking her with my noble volunteering to cat-sit all the time)

She's here with me at work - which is allowed as long as I keep her in my office with the door shut :) This saves J a trip after work. And now everyone can come in here and squee over her all day long. And yes, I won't get much work done, but heck, it's a holiday weekend! Half the office is off already. She's actually sleeping right now though. Awwwww.

I'll take pictures... which you guys probably won't see for like, months, as I haven't figured out why I can't upload them to my computer anymore. >.>

This better not be some evil plot of J's to get me to keep her. When I said that, he got an evil look on his face. Eeeek! No, I think he's fallen in love with her, evilness and all. I'm already used to my cats jumping on me and waking me up in the middle of the night to chew on my toes. We're going to have so much FUUUN!

I want a kitty. :( I love my cat, but he's old and fat and doesn't do much of anything. A wii!energetic kitten would be fun.

I must admit to a certain fondness for black cats, too. My cat is tuxedo, but his mom was (long-haired) black, and so were all his siblings (though they were short-haired, thankfully).

Tuxedo kitties are cute! My Ani cat is black, but he has white on his belly that shows when he rolls around on his back, which he does quite often. It was just a smidge when he was a kitten but now it's a big ol' stripe o' white.

Yeah he's still pretty much a kitten! He could still grow some too, until he's 2 :)

I really have been! I don't expect THAT to happen again. (unless you and Nam get into a comment war with each other! No one else would be anal enough to keep it up!)
