I finally get to start reading Dark Lord now because I finished re-reading Revenge of the Sith. Anyone who thinks Anakin turned "too fast" in the movie really needs to read this book. Actually, just read it anyway, because it's awesome! It's the best SW book I've read by far - which, granted, doesn't include many titles yet. I'm carefully avoiding the crackier novels.

One of these days I'll do a post about why I love going up to the mountains. But not when I'm this tired and have this much work to do.

Can't slack as much today, will catch up on my f-list tonight at home. Surely I'm going to rot in hell for coming in early due to having slacked my way into a hole again this pay cycle.

I'm just over halfway through Revenge of the Sith. It's going ok so far. I haven't read Dark Lord, although I do have a load of new books sitting there patiently waiting to be read. Two of them that I'm particularly keen on reading are Outbound Flight and Survivors Quest - both by Timpthy Zahn.

Someday I'm going to read them all in order like you are. I just know there are some I'm not going to like because they don't line up with the movies. Actually, there's something in RotS that contradicts the movie sort of... I didn't notice it before. After you've read the whole thing we'll have to discuss!

Ok cool, I'll let you know when I finish.
I think it's definitely worth reading all of the books, just to get the complete story. My worst one was Children of the Jedi. It just didn't seem to flow at all. I want to go through the whole lot again at some point, but it just takes so long!

I shall, although my reviews tend to be sucky. "It was good" and "I liked it" would probably feature.
I'm interested in seeing what Jorus was like as well.

*scowls* I hate my double more than I hate Kenobi! I never thought that was possible.

My typist says yes, maybe we could share him, though I told her no way in hell am I allowing myself to be spied on. She also says that the May 30th thread in my journal warrants my double showing Anakin those vids - but it was just a little exhibitionism, no big deal. *eyeroll*

I LOVED the ROTS book. It's so good. I love the funny parts too. I knew you would like that. hehe

I like LOE better than the RoTS novelization.

Another thing you and Jax agree on!

(actually, I don't remember if she's read LOE or liked it. I just know she's not all gung-ho about ROTS like many of us are)
