I love Thanksgiving! Especially since all I have to do is show up at the Parental Units' at the designated time and stuff my face. No cooking. I'll do the dishes, though - except for the icky turkey pan, Mom always insists on doing that. Aww.

My mother does not like to cook. If I were a good daughter, I would offer to host Thanksgiving at my house... and get it catered. Ha! She doesn't LIKE to, but she CAN cook. I would ruin everything, I'm certain.

I have license to slack tomorrow - the office closed early while I was still out running checks around in hectic freeway traffic. No fair. Waa waa waa. We'll probably get out early anyway *crosses fingers* and as per tradition, I'll decorate my office for Christmas on the clock instead of before work or on lunch.

If you haven't already done so, go here to sign up for a holiday card from moi. It won't be as cool as some of the things I see you guys are doing, but hey, who doesn't like getting mail that's not a bill, right? My card will meet that criteria, at least.

I'm debating putting up my mini tree this year. I can't when there's a kitten in the house but they're all old now... barely. Gryffin is still quite kittenish and he likes to break stuff so I might have to hold off another year - and just trim yours!

you can buy entire Thanksgiving meals, premade and all you have to do is heat them, at most major supermarkets ;)
