Oy. So I'm slightly sleep-deprived (not horribly so), I had an extra cup of coffee this morning, and I finally got my happy pills (I ran out of them Sat.) after some bickering between the doc and my insurance. Doc's office said the insurance wouldn't approve the increased dosage for PMSyFunTime. I didn't even look at the prescription I picked up yesterday, but I noticed the pill was different this morning - I now realize it was a double dose I took. Ick, I don't want to chop things in half, that's annoying. So they... partially approved it? wtf.

I'm all jittery and shaky and bouncy now. It's weird. Might be the coffee though I finished that hours ago.

I have soooo much I want to write but I just can't seem to let myself here. I think I need to babble at length to my old-school journal first and see if that helps me sort things out.

I didn't know you took happy pills? What kind do you take and why, if you don't mind me asking?

I take a homeopathic anti-depressant at PMS-y fun time which really helps, so ask at a health food store perhaps. Also 7grams of flaxseed oil taken daily is fantastic for so many things, amongst them depression, if thats an issue for you.

I don't mention them often as there's usually not much to say, but yeah, they're for depression - fluoxetine (generic Prozac, because the insurance doesn't like brand-name drugs either. Heh) I sometimes question whether I still need to be on them but they seem to work most of the time so why mess up a good thing?

I'll say it again - you should be some sort of nutritionist. *nods*

You should totally move to Canada. *nods* We have pretty cool insurance here, although I have had to occasionally fight for my happy pills. Not fun.

Writing has driven me up the wall lately. Not talking about personal writing so much, but fanfic writing. I have this fic I've been working on for two weeks now, and I am honestly starting to hate it. *sigh* Writer's block is teh annoyinz. But I've said to myself I'll finish it today or die trying, so ... if I die, you can have my Star Wars DVDs. :)

But you guys don't even have baseball anymore! I'd have to be a hockey fan! I've been to a few Coyotes games over the years but I never know what's going on, and definitely don't consider myself a fan.

But I already have all the SW dvds!

I have two fics that are frustrating me for different reasons. One I have an idea where I want to go with it but not how to get there, and the other I seem to be okay with the "getting there" part except I don't know where I'm going. Ha! And then there's the "unpostable random smut" which is the only thing I can actually finish, but... then, well, no one sees it because it's unpostable.

Also, OT: it's been two weeks since I asked (twice) about Wednesdays at [livejournal.com profile] jedi_news and I haven't heard anything. I emailed [livejournal.com profile] agentjedi but I think she may still be out of town. I'm not going to just go ahead and do it without a go-ahead, because for all I know someone else could be working on it. And I can't see the screened comments until they change my back-up status sooooooo that's annoying too. Meh. I guess the Thursday person will just have a nice long list!

*snickers* Hockey ain't so bad, sweetie. Quite addictive once you get into it, actually. And the Coyotes are a shitty team, you've gotta watch a really good one like, say, Ottawa. ;) There is baseball in Toronto, but that's the only Canadian team. And I have pretty much zero interest in baseball so I've no idea how they're doing.

Okay, how about my Six Feet Under boxed set? Can't say fairer than that.

Still haven't written any more of The Fic Of Doom (as I'm starting to call it) yet. Hell, I even frickin STUDIED for an hour to avoid working on it. o.O That's when you know there's a problem.

I noticed that, yeah! Weirdness. I suppose, being of the modly type myself, I could just add you to the roster, but as I'm the new kid on the block I'm not sure how happy they'd be with me doing that. I checked back in those screened comment threads and nothing has really been said about it. I may just take the bull by the horns and do a [livejournal.com profile] jedi_news post myself tonight, even though it technically isn't my night. There just seems to be so much disorganization around there nowadays with the turnover in editors. I hate to disappoint our readers. /responsible newspaper person-y talk

They weren't shitty the last time I went to see them, I don't think, but that was last season. And I totally forgot about the Toronto Blue Jays since that's the other league that I don't see that much :)

YES I've coveted that box set! I'll take it!

I could have done the 15th, but I thought [livejournal.com profile] queen_meep was doing it. Maybe when she said "I got your back" she meant she didn't mind doing an asslong post on HER night, Monday, but still... there are backup editors for a reason, y'know? I totally could have done it. Anyway. You're such a good doobie - I didn't want to go to all the trouble only to have someone post before me, or worse, have someone pissed off because I posted before THEM and then their work went for naught. Bah. The internet is serious bizness, yo!

They've been shitty for a couple years now, mostly because Wayne Gretzky has no idea how to manage a hockey team. Sigh. And don't look at me when it comes to the Jays -- as I said, I know nothing about baseball. ;P

I figured. But you can't have it unless my fanfic kills me!

I guess the idea was to combine the two days into one huge post, but that was sort of weird all the same, and I think it probably confused people. I've had bizarre experiences with [livejournal.com profile] queen_meep before, though -- she's the one who posted that anonymous annoying comment on my writing journal, and then deleted it and posted under her real username. I don't really care so much about upsetting people, though -- teh intarwebz don't scare me!

Oh that was her? Bleh.

Since [livejournal.com profile] agent_jedi is the one whose contact info is listed on the userinfo I figured she was taking charge for [livejournal.com profile] imadra_blue so I'll wait to hear from one of those two about the Wednesday thing. It's not my preferred day anyhow.

wooh I know how you feel!

I took too much of something and I was at my desk shaking and totally not focused. Although, when you sit at a computer for that long......it just makes you tired.

Anyway, I miss you. I know I seem like a horrible person but I'm just really busy. I do read your posts and appreciate them.
btw..
You didn't wish Hayden A happy birthday!!!
