thefridayfive is one of the communities I was stalking watching through notifications; I haven't even checked my f-list in JOURNAL mode, nor will I, since SOME of you have been unfortunately spoiled for Deathly Hallows and you don't know how to whine about being spoiled without SPOILING OTHERS! (it was a minor slip, but it was enough to make me swear off the f-list until I'm done)
Oh, and I did change my mind - I'm going to get my book at midnight. Am going to find a friend there who is bringing her 6-year-old daughter dressed as Hermione. Awwww. We had no idea we had reserved at the same bookstore until today.
I've been going nonstop since I got home doing all my weekend to-do stuff, and it's all done! Everything I had to get done, as well as everything I WANTED to get done. All that's left is to read the book.
thefridayfive is "Summertime...and the Living is Easy" because this person has obviously never been to Arizona:
1. Have you ever been to summer camp? Yes, only once. It was a Girl Scout camp, but I was never a Girl Scout. I honestly can't remember why I was allowed to go. I'll have to ask K cuz I'm curious now.
2. Have you ever made a s'more? Yes, YUM. If you haven't made one, go make one, you're missing out. They're not the same in the microwave, though. You need a campfire.
3. Have you ever slept under the stars (no tent/tarp)? Um... not on purpose, and not all night. That is to say I've "taken a nap" outside at night while intoxicated >.>
4. Have you ever had a member of the opposite sex sleep over at your house? Yeah, all the time. There's one sleeping over here this weekend. Not in my bed, though. He can't wait 'til I go overseas so he can sleep in my bed while he cat-sits for me.
5. What type of bed do you have (queen, twin, bunk, etc.)? Queen.
