I had a dream 2 nights ago that's been bothering me. I analyzed it, concluded that it means I'm actually NOT different from the person I was 10 years ago, much as I like to believe I am. But I also concluded it doesn't matter.

The other day, I saw an R2 ice bucket that came with Han-in-carbonite ice...mold things and thought of you. Not that that has anything to do with your post, but...yeah.

I had a dream last night that my friend Katie and I were taking a road trip to Disney World for her 21st birthday (even though she's 22). I'm not sure what that meant. Maybe that I want a vacation.

:( I'm sorry you're feeling all melancholy and stuff. But you know, you probably aren't the same person you were 10 years ago. I don't know if you're the exception to the rule, but I find pretty much everyone changes in a lot of ways from the person they were in their 20s to the person they become in their 30s. For me, I'm not even talking the drugs and stuff, just in general I am so much different today from who I was when I was 23.

Dreams can be rather annoying in their aspect to reveal parts of us that we wish didn't exist or thought had changed.

Perfect example, last night I dreamt that J and I had a baby together, a little girl, and that we were getting a divorce. I almost wanted to giggle at the dream because it was just that outrageous- it even included going to work after having the baby, and I was of course still working in the same place... but... yeah.

Ohhh the point... ♥ You're you. We love you for who you are. And hopefully you do, too!

P.S. I thought of you again today. One of our offices emailed me and said they never got the check they were supposed to get today (from UPS). So I pulled up the tracking info and there was this lovely detailed thing in there about how delivery was rescheduled for tomorrow because there was an error at the hub and it was misrouted. It was in Tennessee instead of Arizona today. *snerk* See what happens when you take a week off? NO ONE CAN DO ANYTHING RIGHT!
