Here's a fun meme I yoinked from [livejournal.com profile] dreadpiratekurt:

Go to musicoutfitters.com
- Search on the year you graduated from high school and get the list of 100 most popular songs of that year.
- Bold the songs you like
- Italicize the songs you liked then, but don't now
- Strike through the ones you hate don't like (hate is a strong word, say the Plain White Tees!)
- Underline your favorites.
- Do nothing to the ones you don't remember. I'm changing this a little. I'm going to say "meh" if I do remember the song but don't care about it one way or the other, and "???" if I don't know/remember the song.

Why are there no R.E.M. songs on there? Bugger.

This should include a requirement to post the YEAR of graduation as well.

Why are there no R.E.M. songs on there? Bugger.

Maybe cuz they suck??

It should, but putting it in the cut text works, yeah?

Oh no you did not just say that! Take it back!

From: [identity profile] gizzi1213.livejournal.com
Yes, I did say that. Sorry, but I can honestly say I can not stand R.E.M. Can't even remember the names of any of their "hits."

Ah, I didn't get to your list off my f-list so I totally bypassed the year information.

*pout* You suck! I don't know if you can sleep in my bed now!

Really? I thought the cut was intact no matter where you access it from? Unless following a direct link to the post. But I might as well go stick it on the top there in case it happens to anyone else :)

Ohhhh I know how you accessed it! Ehehehehehe!

I don't want to sleep with you any more anyway. I heard on the radio this morning that the Sweatiest City is Phoenix!!! Yup, seems everyone out there sweats 26 ounces per day.

And you only shower every other day, from what you've said, ergo, you must reek.

I'll sleep in with the litter boxes! Hah!

From: [identity profile] lumy12.livejournal.com
Ha! How can we be THAT sweaty when it's not that humid here? *innocent look*

You can sleep with the litter if you want, but Hayden stays in MY bed. Sorry. I suppose I can handle having him all to myself...

Why aren't you on AIM? I want to ask you something! *whiiiiiiine!*

From: [identity profile] gizzi1213.livejournal.com
I wasn't on AIM because I was concentrating on getting the coding right on posting this in my LJ. It was hard deciding between underlying and bolding some of them, or to just list them as "meh."

I'll jump on AIM now.

You're ruining my fantasy smutty fic! How am I supposed to write that fic if you two won't share?

Date: 2008-07-18 01:34 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] lumy12.livejournal.com
I'M not! SHE is! *points*

It doesn't have to take place in Phoenix, though. Actually I'm guessing we run up to Canada, if we're kidnapping him. lol

Fine! I'll have to make it really AU now.... Of course, I changed both of your bodies and introduced kinks that neither of you are willing to do IRL. What's a few more modifications?

We could be in the SW-verse. Naboo is really pretty... I bet no one sweats on Naboo!

From: [identity profile] darkp-hawk.livejournal.com
I don't know... you three will be getting active and that will make you sweat.

From: [identity profile] gizzi1213.livejournal.com
But at least on Naboo I can shove Wendy under a waterfall when she starts to reek from all that Phoenix native sweating!

Should I take the abuse and f/f off the boundary list then?

From: [identity profile] gizzi1213.livejournal.com
Don't blame me! It's HER fault!! All I did was say I was going to leave the bed. She's the one who then said she wouldn't share Hayden. I thought we were scouting other locations for some of this smut!? I mean, if she's as stinky from all that sweating as I believe she is, we may have to confine this to threesome shower sex!

LOL

Fine! I'll have to get really creative and think of something.

I'll be on AIM in a bit, but for now I wanted to respond to this. I remember a lot of these songs; you graduated only a year before I did. :) I'll do this later on, too.

Yay! I haven't nagged you in... *checks time* ... HOURS now!

You're in my brother's class :)

Psst!!!

On 7/19/08, on AIM, Wendy confessed to the following:

ChocoLion (10:39:13 PM): yaaaaaay all my kitties are inside!

I'm just getting the word out to everyone that Wendy has now admitted that the "outdoor kitties" are, indeed, HER kitties!!

I knew you'd want to know. *nods*

(E-Bow the Letter of course for da title)

They had Out of Time around 1990-91, so by the time the next album was out (Automatic For the People), it was late 92, early 93. I still remember first loving "Drive," the first single off that one, while driving to work to my first significant job (not counting the stupid McD's I couldn't take after a month the previous year). So the big single from Automatic, "Everybody Hurts" should be high on the charts for 93.

(and no trickin me with the "what noisy cats are we" you were pullin earlier, that's YOUR challenge!)

From: [identity profile] lumy12.livejournal.com
Good job. And I totally cheated and googled the cats one, so I know what it's from. I guess no one else is going to guess it.

Michele's going to do your year, I'll see if there's a couple R.E.M.'s on it. And Sarah had some in her year (1991). I was deprived!
