lumy12Everything's set! On Thursday I'll be in surgery from approximately 9am - 11am, and afterwards I won't be able to use my hand for ages. This is going to be so fun for showering (can't get it wet either!), dressing, taking care of the kitties, and other assorted things (i.e. EVERYTHING) -- but especially working. I'm gonna have to ask people for help...something I'm NOT fond of. At all. Should be interesting!
I know myself, and I know that trying to keep up with my various LJ activities on top of everything else (and inevitably failing) would stress me out. So I'm going on a semi-hiatus until probably the end of June; I will still read (at least skim) your entries, but not in a timely manner, and I won't be commenting. I WILL BE LURKING. BWAHAHA.

I'm going in chronological order (er, sorta -- you know how their timeline is really messed up) and I'm up to SVT #43. I did my first recap recently and it got a good response! Might have to do another one eventually! There's some missing SVK still but those look like they'd be torturous to read.
LOL Tom McKay. I'M SURE I WAS SHOCKED TOO BUT RIGHT NOW I ACTUALLY CAN'T REMEMBER. Just...considering my gay-dar is kind of nonexistant, I'm sure I was clueless.

it's not as painful as it looks, but i haven't started physical therapy yet either so we'll see. next week i should graduate to a better splint-type thing :) it's healed well so far, they're impressed with how little bruising there is.
