lumy12Well, I knew it would happen eventually... I went over a week without posting! Egads! I really did have an insanely busy week though. Blah blah blah, excuses excuses, I know. Oh well, I'm here now.
So what's new? I've been busy shopping (only a couple things left to get and they're very easy), Avon-ing, making goodie bags for coworkers, writing Christmas cards.... attended a birthday party for a 40-year-old last night.... the black icing on that cake had some interesting effects, let me tell ya. Since I'm not getting very graphic on this site I will leave that to your imagination.
This afternoon promises more shopping, a coffee date with a friend, and then swinging by the mall to see Aaron before we go out to dinner. No Claim Jumper this week - one of our party is sick of it. Already! We've only been there like 3 times during the season. But Olive Garden is good too. I'll never complain about a free meal.
I think I must have been dreaming when I said "I'll post here more if it's slow at work" - I've been so busy I haven't even been taking lunch in the past couple weeks. I love that though. I could do without the staying up 'til midnight with the payroll reports followed by getting up at 4am to go in and finish the payroll.... but other than that I enjoy my job and I like being busy. We'll see how long the crazy workload lasts. Having extra days off these past couple months doesn't help either.
