My hair is short! And boingy! And a little darker! Got lots of compliments on it yesterday. If anyone didn't like it, they either kept it to themselves or they lied. If I were cool I'd post a pic but meh, you can just imagine it. XD

I had a Sylar cake moment yesterday, except in reverse! (LOL that only makes sense if you saw last Monday's episode of Heroes... and even then it doesn't make total sense) Okay, not reverse, exactly. We had birthday cake at work yesterday, and the birthday girl forced us to divide up the leftovers to take home. I sandwiched a big chunk between two paper plates. I have to drop off my work's outgoing mail at the post office every day after work (NOT fun this time of year!), and I keep a box in my passenger seat to toss the day's mail in. I put the cake in there, with the mail on top of it. I drove up to the drive-up drop boxes and there was a guy there emptying the metered-mail box. I quickly grabbed the mail to hand to him -- but I grabbed a little too quickly, and accidentally stuck my fingers in the side of the cake. >.> In the RED frosting part of the cake. Of course I had no napkins handy, and there were cars waiting behind me, and this guy looking at me expectantly... so I kinda rubbed the frosting into my hands as best I could so no gobs would wipe off on the mail, and gingerly handed the mail to him.

My hands were all red -- like Sylar's!

The guy totally gave me a funny look but didn't say anything. Maybe he thought I'd just killed somebody! BWAHAHAHAHAHA!

Yay weekend! Christmas shopping is DONE. I'm now about to finish up cards for my coworkers while enjoying a Starbucks peppermint frappuccino, so I can pretend I'm doing it in the coffeeshop instead of my living room. Life is sweet!

If I'm scarce the next few days, it's because I'm cramming as much Heroes into my brain as I can. Wheeee! I'll come up for air between episodes :)
