lumy12The weekend is enticingly close. I am really going to make an effort to email you people still awaiting responses. (Tanya, you're first!!!!) I have lots to do, and that's partially A's fault for being here the last 2 weekends - but I should be able to get to everything if I am just NOT LAZY. There, I put it in writing, I will NOT be lazy this weekend.
Those of you who don't live in Arizona, now would be a wonderful time to visit! It's gorgeous outside. It's supposed to be 89 degrees today. Yummy!
On Family Feud last night, the question was "What occupation could make you famous?" - okay, I can think of 5 right off the top of my head (and only 4 answers made the survey). The answer that the third guy gave was NOT one of them - "librarian." Do you know any famous librarians? Neither do I!
I'm feeling a little dissed right now. My buds went to Macaroni Grill without me :( They probably just forgot me, but still.... I wouldn't have forgotten to invite THEM, ya know? Oh well. I'm not really part of their little circle. I work in the same department but they all work together and I do my own thing. I guess it's a natural tendency to leave me out. I went to lunch with them the past 2 days though - ? Maybe I somehow offended them. Yeah right. I'm soooooo mean to everyone.
Amazing how the workplace can make you feel like you're back in high school.

Haven't heard "happy?" yet either. I soooooo suck.
By the way, it's Monday now, and 3 of the girls (plus the one "token male") traipsed off to lunch without inviting me again. Maybe I have b.o.? I guess I'm just very forgettable. Oh well, I'm saving MONEY by eating my little meal bar instead, not to mention calories. I'll show them by getting all skinny while they get fatter. HA!!!! Okay I'm kidding - sort of. Competition is a good thing for dieters.
I decided I can't get an iPod until I get an external hard drive to back up my photos and other computer stuff. It won't cost as much, but it's still a big purchase. I can look forward to getting an iPod "someday" - no need to run out and get one right this second. I tend to be too impulsive about such things. I do still want one, just trying to be practical!
