FYI - when a Diet Pepsi can is marked with a "best before" date of 4 months earlier, they're not kidding. I saved a can from the work fridge - it had survived many fridge cleanings due to it being soda and not some science-experiment-looking food. It was annoying me though cuz it was very close to the spot I put my soda can every morning, and no one had touched it for months so finally I put it out of its misery.

It wasn't flat, but it wasn't very sweet, either. I wonder what it's doing to my insides?

Ha! True! And this was AFTER the 4-month-old frappuccino I swiped from work that made me sick. That was 2003, I think. I know it was before we moved to the Behrend office.
