I HATE COMPUTERS.

Or, maybe I hate myself for being so dumb.

I read the minimum requirements for upgrading to Windows XP - I thought that's all I needed to know. But noooooooooooooo, once I actually BUY the software, and try to install it, suddenly all these other problems pop up. And of course, Best Buy won't take back opened software. Who would? I could be a con artist trying to rip them off instead of a frustrated computer-challenged dork.

Both computer gurus here told me I should get a new computer or I'll have problems, that even if I buy enough pieces to get things working they won't work the way they're supposed to.

So, I guess I'll take the plunge. Against my will.

Anyone want a computer? Or Windows XP?
