I know I have lots of fellow Star Wars geeks on my f-list, and that some of you like to roleplay. My buddy elledwen has just started a new RPG that is a Jedi Apprentice era game. Go check it out: dawning_entropy It's braaaaand spanking new and shiny!

I might or might not eventually apply for someone there myself. *shifty look* I haven't read any of those books, and from what I've heard about them they're not exactly great reads either... but the era itself is appealing (pre-Phantom Menace) and wikipedia is my friend, I suppose. But if YOU GUYS go apply maybe I won't feel such peer pressure :)

I'm getting stuff done this weekend, I SWEAR. I have no choice, I see how busy next week is and it scares me. I've already completed my Christmas shopping which was my #1 priority, so now I just have to go about doing the 1,346,599 other things on the to-do list. (there is an actual list, on my fridge. And I cross things off and pat myself on the back) Let's see how many I can do while playing around on the computer! Whee!

EDIT: Okay, to anyone reading this and finding odd comments below - it's all crack-induced, it has nothing to do with the new NON-CRACK game. Truly. *is totally amused at fake threads*

*waves* I'm the one who wants to play an apprentice Maul (even have an account, apprentice_maul). I put it off because Maul only really interacted with Sidious his entire life, so I'd basically have to play with only myself without Maul's Master around.

In the game's timeline, Maul would be 16-17 or so. *tries to remember* He gained the "Darth Maul, Dark Lord of the Sith" title around 19 I think. This would be when he's still training heavily and learning. So basically... if you did want to play, your Sid would just be bossing and smacking Maul around I guess. Haha. Or whatever you'd decide to do.
