thefridayfive is about names:
1) Do you like your birth-name? Why? Seems this question should be prefaced with "what is your name?" because all the fridayfivers won't know everyone's names. I'm Wendy - and I do like my name. I like that people call me Wendy-bird cuz of Peter Pan. It's not too strange, but not too common either. Good job, parental units.
2) If you could change your name to anything else, what would it be? Kayla, Kaylee, something like that. I've always liked Stephanie too. And Erin. And Rebecca. I used to like Jessica but not so much anymore.
3) What names would you consider giving your children? Hayden! *snicker* No, um... I don't know, this used to change in my mind a lot, but it's rather a moot point now so I don't dwell on it anymore.
4) If you had a band, what would you name it, and why? I'm assuming this would be a Coldplay-type band... so something emo, or a bit dark... I don't know. Maybe something that sounds Star Warsy but not enough that Lucas would sue my ass.
5) Is there a name that you completely hate? Why? No. None that I can remember.

Date: 2006-05-07 09:04 am (UTC)I don't know. In the Sweet Valley High books I used to read as a kid, they had a band called "The Droids." I think I'd be a bit more creative than that, but I dunno... something Dark? Or something-Force?

There's a real band called Nerf Herder, they did the theme tune for Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
The Modal Nodes - a direct rip off, can't have that.
The Rebo's - likewise, not gonna happen if you don't want to get sued.
Force-Lightening is the best one I can think of that you could potentially get away with.
