This week's thefridayfive is about St. Patty's Day, thanks to moi! That's right, they picked my submission - because I cheated and made it holiday-themed. Heh.

1. What's your favorite shade of green? Forest green. But emerald green is good too... and the lime green that's more popular these days... it's all good, green is bee-yoo-tiful.

2. Do you wear green on St. Patrick's Day, and if not, do you ever get pinched? Oh yes, I've never failed to wear green. I'm wearing green today too, as I figure it's "St. Patrick's Day observed" for offices cuz it falls on a Saturday this year. *nods*

3. Do you do anything else to celebrate the holiday? I just got home from happy hour, actually - but it wasn't specifically for St. Pat's, my boss just randomly decided to close the office and take us out for a "drink or two" - I was a good girl and didn't overdo it this time. I was almost out the door too (I leave earlier than most people) before I found out about it. But that's beside the point. Um... I don't really do anything special to celebrate it, no. My birthday happens to be that day, but meh, I'm too old for birthdays now! It's a great party birthday, wasted on a homebody like me :)

4. Have you ever consumed a green beer (or any other alcoholic beverage dyed green)? Only once. The bars are just way too crowded that night, unfortunately; once was enough!

5. Do you have a good luck charm, and if so, what is it? Nah. I used to. Hell, I had a "lucky parking space" at work. But I'm not really that superstitious anymore.



I'm having quite a social day. I'm about to go out yet AGAIN. Twice in one night! OMG! What's happening to me? And I'm not even COMPLAINING about it!

Thanks! Ohhhhhh I don't care about my birthday anymore really. When you're only *cough* 22 like you ;) birthdays are a bigger deal.

omg i just woke up from the most awful dream! and i dont usually have dreams like that! you and i were soldiers in the Army and we were having a war against Canada. and we had to march and march through all these pretty fields. then we got surrounded in some ruins and they shot all the men. then they put us in this abandoned church and i kept trying to do stuff to escape and you didnt want to. like i made us try to crawl down this garbage well and put garbage over us but then some other person did it and we got caught. then, some ppl came to visit us, and one was Hayden Christensen. and he hugged us and he had really bright green eyes and he took my hand and said "May the Force be with you" and i said "and also with you." then it was the day they were going to shoot us and then Hayden was outside having some protest and they decided to let us out and i went running outside and then the phone rang!! isnt that weird!!

lol i dont know you wreent sitting right next to me, i dont know what he said to you. i always have dreams of horrible things happening but they dont usually involve my friends and this is only the second time Hayden has made an appearance (the other time i was padme and he was killing me). i usually dont remember them but all this wk i have been having them and remember everything. the hayden part was nice but it was only like the last 5 minutes and the rest was like days of ppl having guns held to the back of my head. i guess too much watching my saturday night forensics shows.
