wenchcat was worried that I might be a psycho luring her daughter sweet_panda into my lair for EVIL things. Bwahahahaha!
Maybe on Memorial Day. Except it'snerdier cooler to take a day off work to do it, and I already have that day off. Hmmmm.
Unrelated: tomorrow's weather forecast is "Dust." Ha!
And YAY JORDIN for making the AI season finale! No one from here has ever made it that far before. She's from Glendale, not Phoenix, but Glendale is a hop, skip, and a jump away. Literally 5 minutes from my house. It's all kind of the same city lumped together nationally as "Phoenix."
I was worried about her since it was clear Simon didn't like her the other night. Someone at work told me she has a larger national fan base though, judging from polls and interviews and stuff. Yay! I like Blake a lot too, I won't be too upset if he wins. Both of them will get recording contracts. Hell, Melinda will too, no doubt. Last year I was rooting for Katharine sooooooooooo much, I was totally disappointed that Taylor won.
And Lost... wtf, mate? Y'got some 'splainin' to do. (I say that with love; last night's show made me cry and not for the reason I thought it would)
-Boys coming to the house tonight. Yay free food. Boooo not getting to watch ER's season finalenot to mention RP in peace. Oh well, I'm taping it, I'll watch it tomorrow and MAKE them keep the TV turned off for that hour. Or - hmmm, maybe I'll go watch it next door in my brother's bedroom, where he won't be taping basketball. There's a thought.

I need to write papers. *sigh* I don't have anything to bribe myself with. I tried not eating all day so that I could tell myself that I could have food once I wrote my paper, but then I caved in and had a little bag of pretzels. (And, to prove that I'm not anorexic, I'm about to have a wee frozen pizza.) I wanted ice cream, but I can't keep that around because my freezer's set too low for ice cream.
