Hey, weird, it's exactly 12 hours since my last post.

I'm awake at 3am and I just had to tell y'all.

I woke up slightly panicky because I heard strange noises. I cursed Aaron for being here and thus rendering me unable to set the house alarm, for various reasons. To my half-asleep mind, it sounded like someone was running through the house. A person, not a cat. I got up to investigate.

Nope, no one in the house, but it's windy as hell outside and my Halloween door thingie is bopping against the door. I went outside to make sure the stray kitties' stuff wasn't blown all across the yard - it wasn't, it's in a secure-ish area. Kittens #1 and #2 were outside, so of course I had to feed them. And now I'm totally awake.

I've only slept 4 hours, though, so I'm sure I'll get sleepy again.

Sorry this wasn't a more exciting tale. I swear I'll quit posting so much. Some time.

Oh, and I'm STILL not getting comment notifications emailed. They're not going to my spam folder, I didn't accidentally change my settings in LJ (it's the case for all my journals), so WTF? It's been about a week. Normally some of you guys are also affected by notification delays when I am, but I'm apparently the only one (yes?). I've complained to LJ but haven't heard back yet. So if you're wondering why I've only left one comment and then didn't respond anymore, it could be I just haven't seen that you replied to me. I'm trying to be good about checking the recent posts, at least. And when all of these eventually come flooding in as they fix whatever (hopefully they'll come flooding in, because I hate missing stuff), I'll answer you then, and you'll have forgotten alllllll about our conversation by then. Hee! The message thinger works just fine so I could just track every single post I comment on. Bah, what a pain in the ass!

*peeeeets* I didn't dream of tall redheads, unfortunately. *siiiigh* I had a weird dream that kinda freaked me out.

Also, you DO qualify as a tall redhead. Cause I mean..dude...5'5" is tall to someone my height.

You're not alone, I haven't gotten any comment notifications for a couple of days now. At least LJ has that Message Centre feature where you can see what comments you've received when you log in. Doesn't work for community posts, though. >.>

And your above tale is partially why I like apartment living. XD No one can come in unless I buzz them in, and the only time stuff bangs around outside is if it's a particularly windy night and I've got lots of stuff on my balcony. Heh.

Yeah, so I can keep up with comments on my own journal easily. But I'm not about to go track every post I comment on. I'm too talkative for that! I was getting them very slowly for a couple weeks but then last weekend they just stopped altogether. I'm glad it's not just me (to be selfish! Hehe)
