Oh happy productive day! It's only noon and I've already done so much!

Most importantly, I bought a new coffeemaker. Same brand and size as my old one. I had tried once more to get my old one to work this morning but it just wouldn't. The hot chocolate I tried to tell myself was coffee didn't quite hit the spot, so I allowed myself a Starbucks visit - and my creative juices were flowing freely there! Yay!

Anyway, practical matters generally come first, so I didn't indulge the muse for too long.

I was annoyed that Target didn't have any Anakins to feed my must-buy-one-Anakin-figure-every-trip quirk. But you know what I got instead? The totally nifty Galactic Heroes Mustafar playset! It has Anakin, Obi-Wan, Palpatine, Threepio, Padme, and a bunch of clone troopers. Okay so $20 is a little more than I usually allow myself to spend on the Anakin thing, but as I fiiiinally got my stimulus check (deposit), who cares? Free money! More yay!

Yay! And it's just as cute and wee as the old one, but it's modernized! I think they rang up the wrong price on it too ($2 cheaper than the shelf said!)

Hehe, yeah, it's actually a better set than I would ever normally buy. Might have to do something horrible to that Obi-Wan though. Bwahahaha!

But then, I would be rich in marvelous prizes at the same time! Just as I already am.

It's comforting to know that I COULD actually be rich if I wanted to be. I would have to sell all my Star Wars stuff!!!! I would never ever do that..
But, it makes me feel special, that I cherish them so much...So I really am rich anyway.

Galactic Heroes? We don't get even half the stuff over here that you guys get, it's quite unfair.
In my defence, while buying more star wars stuff would improve my collection, the kev wants a house fund isn't catching up to the ever increasing 'deposit-required' fast enough, so I can't spend my money on just anything. And I really need a new set of waterproofs for on my bike, every time it rains I get wet, which is wrong when you're wearing waterproofs!

I got my house with no deposit! At the time this was a cheap housing market, though. And I know it's hella cheaper than England, at any rate. Your stuff is expensive! Curse the weak American dollar!

I want rain. It hasn't rained since February! And it's unlikely to until July.

They do something called 100% mortgage over here, which is what it sounds like, but because I'm in pretty much the most expensive part of the country for housing even with the maximum mortgage available to me I still need a huge deposit. Buying on your own just isn't easy!

I'm happy to not have rain at the moment, it's lovely and sunny, and I'm enjoying blasting around on my motorbike!

OMG - I totally jinxed it! It's RAINING RIGHT NOW! ZOMG! We all had to go run outside and watch! AWESOME! It's not coming down real hard but it's more than just a sprinkle - there's actual water on the ground!!!!
